S-OIL CEO Nasser Al-Mahasher went mountain hiking together with 250 or so employees, including officers, team leader-level managers, and 80 new employees at Mt. Cheonggye in Seoul on Jan. 11 and made hopeful New Year’s resolutions.

CEO Al-Mahasher, who climbed Peak Isu, giving high-fives with newly joined employees and exchanging well-wishing remarks with them, said, “This year, we will push ahead with the largest facility investment project in the history of S-OIL and I wish that all S-OIL officers and employees will make concerted efforts in unison being imbued with the spirit of the dynamic and adventurous blue horse.” He stressed especially to new employees, “I hope that as the talent who will lead the Company into the future, you will deeply ingrain in your hearts the challenging spirit that you acquired while forging through the snow and finally standing on top of this mountain.”

“The new project is a priority task in the roadmap to lay a solid foundation to maintain our competitive edge and to promote sustainable growth,” said CEO Al-Mahasher. “I ask each and every one of you to achieve our vision of being the “most profitable and integrated energy company.”
