S-OIL Science and Culture Foundation

S-OIL Science and Culture Foundation is a non-profit foundation established in January 6, 2011, in accordance with Civil Law (Article 32) and Act on the Establishment and Operation of Public Interest Corporations, to promote academic research in the field of science and technology in Korea.

Introduction to the Foundation

The development of basic science is the basis of national development.

The S-OIL Science and Culture Foundation is a public service corporation established to contribute to national development by supporting outstanding scientists in the field of basic science, discovering talented scientists, and promoting cultural and artistic exchanges between Korea and Arab countries.

Purpose Business

1. Scholarship support for talents in the field of pure science
2. To support for Academic research thesis & Project
3. Development and support of academic and cultural exchange programs between Korea and the Middle East
